Fire safe design
Coosai ball valves ensures 100% pass of the fire safe test.All the possible external leakage point between stem and body,body and adapter applies two sealed design,primary O-ring seals and secondary metal graphite spiral wound gasket. When the O-Ring were burned, the secondary stainless steel+graphite still can prevent the process medium from external leakage . Fire seals lip, when the soft seat were burned, the ball will be pushed to the seals lip and form a seal in emergence to prevent large spill.
Blow-out proof stem:
The stem is made separately from the ball with integral T-type round shoulder, retained by bland .(other designs are Available on request)
Anti-static device:
Spring plus graphite type anti-static device are applied between the ball ,stem, gland Flange and body to keep the electrical Continuity between all the metallic components . And ensure the resistance lower than the most severe service requirement.
